Project Leadership Collective

A practical, steady space for leaders navigating complex work

Leading projects in mission-driven organizations is rarely straightforward.
Competing priorities, limited capacity, and people dynamics are part of the work.

The Project Leadership Collective is a subscription-based leadership space designed to support leaders as they plan, guide, and adapt projects in real time—with clarity, confidence, and calm.

This is not a certification or a one-time training.
It’s an ongoing space to sharpen your judgment, apply practical tools, and lead complex work without carrying it alone.

Who This Is For

The Project Leadership Collective is for leaders at every level who:

  • Are responsible for moving important initiatives forward

  • Want clearer thinking, not more noise

  • Are tired of being the bottleneck or default problem-solver

  • Value practical tools and thoughtful conversation

  • Want to lead projects with steadiness, not urgency

You don’t need to be new to project leadership.
You need support that fits the reality of your work.

What Makes the Collective Different

The Project Leadership Collective combines practical resources with facilitated leadership conversations—so ideas don’t stay theoretical.

Inside the Collective, you’ll find:

  • Short, focused videos grounded in the Clarity to Action Framework

  • Practical templates you can adapt to your own projects

  • Monthly live sessions where we apply those tools to real leadership challenges

Rather than offering an overwhelming library of materials, the Collective provides a curated set of resources designed to support key moments in project leadership.

The goal isn’t to give you more to manage.
It’s to help you make clearer decisions and move work forward with confidence.

How the Collective Works

Curated Resources

Members receive access to a collection of short videos and practical templates focused on core project leadership needs, including:

  • Clarifying purpose and scope

  • Turning priorities into a realistic plan

  • Defining roles and ownership

  • Maintaining momentum without burnout

The resources are designed to be:

  • Clear and approachable

  • Easy to apply to real-world work

  • Flexible enough to fit your existing systems

You won’t be asked to “do everything.” Or to follow a structured lesson plan.
You’ll have what you need—when you need it.

Monthly Live Collective Sessions

Once a month, we gather live for facilitated conversation and group coaching.

These virtual sessions are designed to help you:

  • Work through real project challenges

  • Apply the frameworks to current initiatives

  • Learn from patterns across teams and organizations

  • Leave with one or two clear next steps

You don’t need to bring a polished case or a perfect question.
You’ll leave each month with something concrete: a clearer decision, a refined idea or plan, or a tool or idea you can use immediately.

What We Focus On

Topics inside the Project Leadership Collective may include:

  • Clarifying purpose and scope before work begins

  • Turning big ideas into plans people can actually carry

  • Avoiding scope creep without shutting people down

  • Creating shared ownership without micromanaging

  • Communicating clearly without overwhelming stakeholders

  • Integrating change management techniques into projects

  • Adjusting plans calmly when priorities or capacity shift

Always practical.
Always grounded in real leadership work.

What This Is—and What It Isn’t

The Project Leadership Collective is:

  • A facilitated leadership space

  • A place to apply practical tools with thoughtful support

  • A steady rhythm for reflection and action

It is not:

  • A certification or formal training program

  • Ongoing private consulting or advisory

  • A replacement for facilitated planning engagements

If you need a clear, structured plan for a specific initiative, Clarity to Action Planning is the right starting point.

If you want a dedicated, confidential thought partner, Project Execution Advisory may be the better fit.

The Collective exists for the space in between—where leaders are actively navigating work and want support that’s both practical and reflective.

Why This Exists

Project leadership requires constant judgment calls—often made without much space to pause or reflect.

The Project Leadership Collective exists to give leaders:

  • Practical tools they can actually use

  • Perspective from others doing similar work

  • A steady place to think clearly and lead with intention

From confusion, clarity rises.
And clarity is easier to sustain when it’s supported.

Commitment & Investment

Most members begin with a 3-month commitment, which allows time to:

  • Learn the shared frameworks

  • Apply them to real projects

  • Experience the rhythm of the Collective

$175 per month for the initial 3 months.
After that, members may continue on a month-to-month basis as long as the Collective supports their work.

Some leaders stay for a season.
Others stay because it becomes part of how they lead.

Both are welcome.
