Document Deliverables and Estimate Team Hours: Begin by creating a comprehensive list of all the expected deliverables for the project. Break down each deliverable and task to estimate the number of hours required for your team to complete the expected deliverables on time.
Assess Capacity: Take a realistic look at your team's current capacity and assess what can be accomplished within the given timeframe.
