How do I juggle multiple projects?

The key to managing multiple projects is careful schedule management.

Ensure you have clearly defined schedules, with deadlines and milestones, for each of your projects and use those schedules to build your own project management tasks.

Add a progress check-in task for yourself at a mid-point between deadlines and milestones and a progress review task on or closely after a deadline or milestone.

You may also find it helpful to block time each day or week to focus on each project, allowing you to assess progress, review quality or budgets, check-in with team members, create reports or accomplish project-related tasks.
