How should you deal with changes once your project is underway?

Go into planning expecting changes to occur. Our goal is not a perfect plan, it’s successful outcomes and deliverables.

When changes are required, make sure you communicate the changes and any implications to your team and key stakeholders ASAP, acknowledging any difficulties the changes may create.
