What you’ll Get:
Kickoff Meeting: We’ll assess your project environment to determine the elements critical to project success and any roadblocks you want to address.
Plan Development: We’ll partner with you to create an actionable project plan, which may include a project scope, deliverables identification, task breakdown, and schedule.
Team & Communication Strategies: We’ll guide you in ways to create buy-in, facilitate collaboration, and manage your team and stakeholder meetings, which may include crafting meeting agendas and a communication plan.
Coaching & Skill Development: We’ll provide you with coaching, training resources, and templates as you learn a repeatable process to lead successful projects in your environment.
